The RICHARD B. was built in 1901 by Louis Pouliot at Vermilion, OH U.S. The Richard B. is a wood hulled tug with a length of 75 feet, and a width of 17 feet. It displaces 63 tons, and has a load capacity of 33 tons. It entered service in the year 1901 under the ownership of Fred Cleaver of Port Clinton, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Dropped from Canadian List of Shipping in 1937; presumed abandoned.
