Description: The GEORGE L. CRAIG was built in 1903 by Craig Shipbuilding Co. at Toledo, OH U.S. The George L. Craig is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 370 feet, and a width of 50 feet. It displaces 3762 tons, and has a load capacity of 3130 tons. It entered service in the year 1903 under the ownership of Adams Transportation Co. of Detroit, MI U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Scrapped by Marine Salvage, Ltd., at Port Colborne, Ont., in 1963.
