The WELLSTON was built in 1928 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The Wellston is a steel hulled barge with a length of 116 feet, and a width of 40 feet. It displaces 323 tons, and has a load capacity of 323 tons. It entered service in the year 1928 under the ownership of L.A.
