Description: The S.S. RUMAGE was built in 1863 by Quayle & Martin at Cleveland, OH U.S. The S.S. Rumage is a wood hulled tug with a length of 74 feet, and a width of 16 feet. It displaces 101 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Burned at Wallaceburg, Ontario, on November 6, 1929. The photograph shows the S.S. Rumage under way on the Great Lakes.
