The WILLARD L. was built in 1910 by Murphy & Donnelly Boiler Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Willard L. is a steel hulled tug with a length of 61 feet, and a width of 16 feet. It displaces 46 tons, and has a load capacity of 32 tons. It entered service in the year 1910 under the ownership of Case Fish Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Out of documentation, sometime between 1990-1993.
