The FRANK C. OSBORN was built in 1912 by American Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Frank C. Osborn is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 155 feet, and a width of 37 feet. It displaces 681 tons, and has a load capacity of 345 tons. It entered service in the year 1912 under the ownership of Pelee Island Sand and Gravel Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Scrapped by United Metals, Ltd., at Hamilton, Ont., in winter, 1968-1969.
