dc.description The INTERNATIONAL was built in 1884 by Globe Iron Works at Cleveland, OH U.S. The International is an iron hulled tug with a length of 76 feet, and a width of 17 feet. It displaces 30 tons. It entered service in the year 1884 under the ownership of International Bridge Co. of Buffalo, NY U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Reportedly in Suez Canal area as late as 1956; ultimate disposition unknown.
