The WILLIAM CHISHOLM was built in 1884 by Globe Iron Works at Cleveland, OH U.S. The William Chisholm is an iron hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 246 feet, and a width of 36 feet. It displaces 1581 tons, and has a load capacity of 1246 tons. It entered service in the year 1884 under the ownership of Philip Minch of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Wrecked near Cape Cod Canal, Boneville, MA, on July 16, 1916.
