The SALLIE was built in 1876 at Sandusky, OH U.S. The Sallie is a wood hulled steam yacht with a length of 30 feet, and a width of 9 feet. It displaces 7 tons. It entered service in the year 1876 under the ownership of John S. Dollar of Put-In-Bay, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Sold outside the district in June, 1883, and reduced to below five tons; exempt from documentation.
