The TOURIST was built in 1909 by American Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Tourist is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 76 feet, and a width of 18 feet. It displaces 64 tons, and has a load capacity of 43 tons. It entered service in the year 1909 under the ownership of E.J. Dodge of Put-In-Bay, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Scrapped at New York in 1955; document surrendered in New York in August, 1955.
