Description: The THE CRAFTSMAN was built in 1921 by American Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The The Craftsman is a steel hulled repair barge with a length of 83 feet, and a width of 28 feet. It displaces 163 tons, and has a load capacity of 111 tons. It entered service in the year 1921 under the ownership of American Ship Building Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Foundered c.2 miles north of Avon Point, Lake Erie, in tow of tug TOLEDO, June 3, 1958.
