The EFFIE L. was built in 1875 by Louis Laffrinier at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Effie L. is a wood hulled tug with a length of 75 feet, and a width of 14 feet. It displaces 30 tons, and has a load capacity of 15 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Abandoned in 1933.
