The W.F. WHITE was built in 1915 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The W.F. White is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 530 feet, and a width of 60 feet. It displaces 7180 tons, and has a load capacity of 5548 tons. It entered service in the year 1915 under the ownership of Limestone Transportation Co. (Carl D. Bradley, Mgr.) of Rogers City, MI U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Scrapped at Port Colborne, Ontario, by Bulk Steel, with demolition beginning in November, 1984.
