The KEYSTONE STATE was built in 1956 by Hans Welding Co. Hansen at Toledo, OH U.S. The Keystone State is a steel hulled tug (tender) with a length of 34 feet, and a width of 12 feet. It displaces 17 tons, and has a load capacity of 13 tons. It entered service in the year 1956 under the ownership of Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co. of Duluth, MN U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Removed from documentation in May, 1980, as sold to buyers from United Arab Emirates.
