The WADENA was built in 1891 by Cleveland Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Wadena is a steel hulled steam yacht with a length of 133 feet, and a width of 21 feet. It displaces 198 tons, and has a load capacity of 74 tons. It entered service in the year 1891 under the ownership of J.H. Wade of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Abandoned and scrapped in 1931. The photograph shows the Wadena under way on the Great Lakes.
