Dalton is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 580 feet, and a width of 60 feet. It displaces 7810 tons, and has a load capacity of 6092 tons. It entered service in the year 1916 under the ownership of Interlake Steamship Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The photograph shows the Henry G. Dalton under way on the Great Lakes.
