The FRANCES A.V. was built in 1923 by Mathews Boat Co. at Port Clinton, OH U.S. The Frances A.V. is a wood hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 58 feet, and a width of 14 feet. It displaces 44 tons, and has a load capacity of 36 tons. It entered service in the year 1923 of Port Huron, MI U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Motor boat number awarded in January, 1964.
