Description: The ANNIE M. ASH was built in 1888 by Thomas Quayle's Sons at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Annie M. Ash is a wood hulled schooner with a length of 242 feet, and a width of 38 feet. It displaces 1258 tons, and has a load capacity of 1212 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Foundered off Fire Island, NY, Atlantic Ocean, on January 20, 1907; no lives lost. The photograph shows the Annie M.
