The WINDSOR was built in 1930 by Toledo Ship Building Co. at Toledo, OH U.S. The Windsor is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 358 feet, and a width of 65 feet. It displaces 3131 tons, and has a load capacity of 2067 tons. It entered service in the year 1930 under the ownership of Wabash Railway Co. of Detroit, MI U.S. The photograph shows the Windsor under way on the Great Lakes.
