Description: The G.G. COOPER was built in 1862 by Bailey Brothers at Madison Dock, OH U.S. The G.G. Cooper is a wood hulled schooner with 2 masts, a length of 139 feet, and a width of 26 feet. It displaces 400 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Final register surrendered at Chicago, IL, July 21, 1879 and endorsed "condemned at Teneriffe" (Canary Islands).
