dc.description The CLEVELAND was built in 1860 by Quayle & Martin at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Cleveland is a wood hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 136 feet, and a width of 25 feet. It displaces 461 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Abandoned and dismantled at Sturgeon Bay, WI, 1900. The photograph shows the Cleveland under way on the Great Lakes.
