The R.P. REIDENBACH was built in 1910 by Great Lakes Towing Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The R.P. Reidenbach is a steel hulled tug with a length of 68 feet, and a width of 17 feet. It displaces 71 tons, and has a load capacity of 37 tons. It entered service in the year 1910 under the ownership of Great Lakes Towing Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: After sitting idle for about fifteen years at the Jefferson Street slip, Cleveland, OH, vessel sold to Acme Iron & Metal Co.; scrapped at Ashtabula, OH, in winter, 1964-1965. Removed from documentation in October, 1965. The photograph shows the R.P. Reidenbach under way on the Great Lakes.
