Description: The ODANAH was built in 1907 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The Odanah is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 420 feet, and a width of 52 feet. It displaces 4907 tons, and has a load capacity of 3588 tons. It entered service in the year 1907 under the ownership of Lackawanna Steamship Co. (Pickands, Mather and Co., Mgrs.) of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Resold to Steel Co., of Canada, Ltd., Hamilton, Ont., and scrapped there in September, 1955.
