The KANER II was built in 1949 by Marks Welding Co. at Vermilion, OH U.S. The Kaner Ii is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 49 feet, and a width of 15 feet. It displaces 51 tons, and has a load capacity of 47 tons. It entered service in the year 1949 under the ownership of Hymen Kaner of Duluth, MN U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Out of documentation sometime between 1982-1988.
