Description: The CHARLES E. BOLTON was built in 1882 by Henry D. Root at Lorain, OH U.S. The Charles E. Bolton is a wood hulled tug with a length of 49 feet, and a width of 14 feet. It displaces 20 tons, and has a load capacity of 12 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Last enrollment surrendered at Cleveland, OH, on November 30, 1908, and endorsed "abandoned." The photograph shows the Charles E.
