Description: The PRINCETON was built in 1900 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The Princeton is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 454 feet, and a width of 50 feet. It displaces 5125 tons, and has a load capacity of 3820 tons. It entered service in the year 1900 under the ownership of Pittsburg Steamship Co. (Andrew Carnegie) of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Removed from documentation, November/December, 1969, by Department of Commerce.
