Description: The KELLEY ISLAND was built in 1914 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The Kelley Island is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 155 feet, and a width of 38 feet. It displaces 881 tons, and has a load capacity of 414 tons. It entered service in the year 1914 under the ownership of Kelley Island Lime & Transportation Co. of Sandusky, OH U.S. The photograph shows the Kelley Island at Put-In-Bay, OH.
