dc.description The WILLIAM R. ROESCH was built in 1973 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The William R. Roesch is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 612 feet, and a width of 68 feet. It displaces 13503 tons, and has a load capacity of 8625 tons. It entered service in the year 1973 under the ownership of Union Commerce Bank (OH), Trustee (Kinsman Marine Transit Co., Mgrs.) of Cleveland, OH U.S. The photograph shows the William R.
