| Description: | The NORTH STAR was built in 1854 by S.W. & A.A. Turner at Cleveland, OH U.S. The North Star is a wood hulled steamer with a length of 260 feet, and a width of 33 feet. It displaces 1106 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Burned at Cleveland, OH, February 20, 1862, to a total loss.
