Description: The RICHARD TRIMBLE was built in 1913 by American Ship Building Co. at Lorain, OH U.S. The Richard Trimble is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 580 feet, and a width of 58 feet. It displaces 7607 tons, and has a load capacity of 5868 tons. It entered service in the year 1913 under the ownership of Pittsburgh Steamship Co. of Cleveland, OH U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Removed from documentation in July, 1978, for scrapping at Duluth, MN.
