dc.description The EMILY AND ELIZA was built in 1874 by Anspaugh Brothers at Oak Harbor, OH U.S. The Emily And Eliza is a wood hulled scow schooner with 2 masts, a length of 78 feet, and a width of 21 feet. It displaces 63 tons, and has a load capacity of 60 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Stranded at Aral, MI, near Frankfort, on Lake Michigan, September 9, 1910. The photograph shows the Emily And Eliza under way on the Great Lakes.
