The PERE MARQUETTE 19 was built in 1903 by American Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Pere Marquette 19 is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 338 feet, and a width of 56 feet. It displaces 2626 tons, and has a load capacity of 1548 tons. It entered service in the year 1903 under the ownership of Pere Marquette Railway Co. of Detroit, MI U.S. The photograph shows the Pere Marquette 19 under way on the Great Lakes.
