Description: The J.B. PRIME was built in 1866 by Roswell Hayes at Fairport, OH U.S. The J.B. Prime is a wood hulled scow schooner with 2 masts, a length of 114 feet, and a width of 25 feet. It displaces 170 tons, and has a load capacity of 161 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Final enrollment surrendered at Milaukee, WI, March 21, 1896, and endorsed "dismantled." The photograph shows the J.B.
