| Description: | The MAGDALENA was built in 1865 by J.A. Johnson at Dover Bay (Avon), OH U.S. The Magdalena is a wood hulled scow schooner with 2 masts, a length of 83 feet, and a width of 20 feet. It displaces 68 tons. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Final enrollment surrendered at Milwaukee, WI, September 5, 1899, and endorsed "Abandoned."
