| Description: | The PF-101 (GREENSBORO) was built in 1945 by American Ship Building Co. at Cleveland, OH U.S. The Pf-101 (Greensboro) is a steel hulled propeller driven vessel with a length of 285 feet, and a width of 37 feet. It entered service in the year 1945 under the ownership of U.S. Navy of Washington, DC U.S. The vessel was removed from service with the following notation: Stricken from Navy List on April 23, 1947. Sold on April 22, 1948 to Southern Shipbuilding Co., New Orleans, LA, for scrapping. The photograph shows the Pf-101 (Greensboro) under way on the Great Lakes.
